It’s a no go for me. I went in there I knew what was wrong with my tooth. They still had me pay $99 for an x-ray even though I’ve already knew what was going on all that they didn’t even explain that they didn’t take my insurance before I got in there. They just told me right when I got there I don’t take your insurance. They could’ve told me that before I was on the phone then they wanna bring the price up after the fact that they put me in the chair and I needed a root canal ASAP because my my tooth hurts so bad this place is a scam.

Great people! They got me in and out. I was even early for my appointment and they managed to squeeze me in before my time slot. They helped me with significant pain and bad taste in my mouth and I got sent off with a script and told to visit my PCP as soon as possible to follow up on further care. Really sweet and friendly staff who made me feel comfortable.

Very friendly staff with a great sense of humor. Very professional. Did a great job in pulling out my tooth and makin sure i was totally 100% before driving home. Highly recommend goin there to anyone who needs emergency dental work done!!! Great spot!!!

Hi! I had a great experience here sometime in mid January 2026. The whole experience was great and they took care of me right away. I had an extraction and it wasn’t an easy one. But the doctor and her assistant did an amazing job. I highly recommend Emergency Dental USA in Federal Way. I am also a returning customer.

Not only did they see me on a Saturday right before a holiday, but they saw me within an hour of my call. I managed to chip my tooth, which had a pretty bad cavity in it. They dealt with the cavity, filled it, and ground it down till I was comfortable with it. I am unbelievably thankful for the quick care they gave. It was the best dental visit I've had. Also an incredibly reasonable price for an emergency filling!
